Ingredients:

  • Peeled carrots, potatoes cut into small cubes
  • Finely chopped cabbage and spinach leaves
  • Peeled bottle gourd with seeds removed and cut into small cubes

How to prepare:

  • Wash all the cut vegetables and place everything inside a pressure cooker. Add water (a quarter cup) to it and pressure cook it all together.
  • Then, transfer everything to a blender and make a thick puree with the cooked vegetables.
  • Strain this puree into a bowl and add some water to this mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat the whole thing on medium flame and then serve in a bowl.

Ingredients:

  • Butter
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Large cauliflower and potato cut into pieces
  • Vegetable stock
  • Milk

  • Take a pan and fry onions in butter. Keep on stirring the onions and let them cook until they are tender brown.
  • Once it is soft, add the potatoes, cauliflower, milk, vegetable stock, and other seasonings to it.
  • Boil everything and then leave it on medium flame to simmer for about half an hour or until the cauliflowers and potatoes become soft.
  • Put the mixture in a blender and blend it to form a thick consistent soupy cream. 
  • Now add some milk to it to make it a little thin. Put this mixture into mugs and add few cheese cubes to the top. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato
  • Chopped parsley
  • Rice milk
  • Cashew cream
  • Seasoning mixture
  • Spinach
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper powder
  • Salt

How to prepare:

  • To prepare this soup, first, bake the sweet potatoes. Cut the baked potatoes in half, peel them and then mash them properly.
  • Once mashed, take a pot and add them to it. Add the rest of the ingredients to it and let everything cook on medium flame.
When the mixture becomes thick and soupy, your soup is ready to serve.
